I visited skien. Skien is best known for its famous author Henrik Ibsen. I've read two of the plays he wrote, "The Wild Duck", and "The Pillars of Society."
Skien church was completed in 1894. It's build in Gothic Revival style and the interior of the church is characterised by beautiful stained glass windows and glazed stone.
